5. Payment

The balance payment must be completed within the agreed time.
Bookings may be cancelled if the required payment is not received on time.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the package, travel date, hotel, transportation provider, and other services booked.
Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation or service charges.
Government taxes, booking fees, or third-party charges may not be refundable.

Customers are responsible for:

Following local rules and regulations.
Taking care of their personal belongings.
Following instructions provided by drivers, guides, hotels, and local authorities.
Paying for personal expenses not included in the selected package.

8. Weather & Unforeseen Situations

Uttarakhand travel can be affected by weather, landslides, road closures, snowfall, traffic, natural events, and government restrictions.

Ambika Holidays will try to provide suitable alternatives when possible, but additional costs caused by such situations may be payable by the customer.
